For leg muscles

Place your feet on the pedals and bend your legs at 90 degrees. Keep the handle in your hand, raise your legs to 90° (right angle) and then fully extend your legs.

To slim the waist

Lie flat with your legs extended and feet together. With the handle in your hand, lie down and sit up.

To work the shoulders

Stand on the mat with both feet in the pedals. Pull the band handle upwards.

For each exercise you do, we recommend performing 2 to 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
